Hey, What Does SNS Mean in Korea?

“Hey, what does SNS mean in Korea? I’ve seen it a lot in TV shows and lyrics.”

My non-Korean friend just asked me this question. If you’re a lover of K-pop or K-drama, then you’ll come across this word very often.

Okay, let me be brief. It’s a Konglish word (Korean + English). SNS stands for “Social Network Service,” so it refers to any social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and so forth.
